On July 1, 2002, Amtes Corporation acquired a 100% share of Texchem-Pack Philippines. Its initial business was in the manufacturing of thermoformed plastic packaging trays for hard disk drive companies with Seagate as our major customer. Primepack Technologies, Inc. has gone through various development and acquisitions.

The Company offers a one-stop-shop packaging solution to our customers in the consumer electronics, data storage drive, semiconductors, automotive, and medical industries. We are engaged in the manufacturing and sales of thermoformed plastic packaging products, plastic sheet extrusions, and injected trays. We provide integrated manufacturing services ranging from design and product development to prototyping and mold fabrication to mass production catering to the different needs of our customers.

Located inside the Carmelray Industrial Park II in Calamba, Laguna, our geographical reach makes us the ideal partner for multinational companies that have operations spread across the CALABARZON region. A glimpse of the past

Texchem Pack Philippines was bought by Amtes Corporation in 2002. Its initial business was in manufacturing of thermoformed plastic packaging trays for hard disk drive companies only (specifically Seagate).

In February 2004, its corporate name was changed from Texchem Pack Philippines to PRIMEPACK TECHNOLOGIES INC.

PTI started operations with one Yamanaka machine and one Punching Machine.
